Author of more than 150 research articles published in scientific journals and books in more than 30 countries. Very famous in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Director of IINAMEI A. C. Many international recognitions and appointments such as honorary doctorates and others received from Universities, non-governmental organizations and government organizations. Prof. Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra
Biography: Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra, Spanish is now Professor with Chair at the University of Almeria (Spain) and she was Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Granada from 1979. Forty nine years of the teaching and researching experience. She is the Director of Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos from Program of Research of Andalusian Government. She is author of a many works on several aspects of the Arabic science and literature in the middle ages, as well as Arabic language and linguistics. She has also participated in different prestigious international scientific Conferences. She published over 13 books and over 90 articles and papers published in prestigious international journals and proceedings. Prof. Eamor M. Woo
Biography: Dr. Eamor M. Woo is currently Professor with Endowed Chair in Chemical Engineering Dept. of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan. He received Ph.D. degree from University of Texas at Austin (Austin, Texas, USA). After several years of academic and industry experiences in USA, he joined faculty in Dept. of Chemical Engineering of NCKU, Tainan, Taiwan since 1992 to present, with research fields focusing on polymer morphology, crystallization, and structures characterization of biodegradable, bio-based plastics and green materials; phase behavior and phase separation; self-assembly of lamellae in spherulites, etc. He has published over 265 refereed and highly cited original papers, with H-index=36, including several review articles (Prog. Polym. Sci., Crystals, Euro. Polym. J., Polymers, Polym. Crystal, etc.), and three book chapters or edited books (Handbook of Adhesives, Encyclopedia of Polymer Science and Technology, Handbooks of Epoxy Blends (Springer-Nature), etc.), and made over 260 conference presentations internationally, with many keynotes and plenary speeches in major conferences. He has received numerous distinguished academic honors/awards including Research Excellence, Outstanding Researcher Award, etc. from Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, and professional Societies, Taiwan. In professional services, he is Senior Editor for Journal of Polymer Research (Springer-Nature). He also served as Guest Editor for a special issue-2017 in “Crystals”, and another in 2018 for “Polymers”, and Editorials board members in several journals. Dr. Bimal K. Bose
Bimal K. Bose (S'59–M'60–SM'78–F'89–LF'96) received the B.E. degree from Bengal Engineering College (currently Bengal Engineering and Science University), Calcutta, India, in 1956, the M.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1960, and the Ph.D. degree from Calcutta University, Calcutta, in 1966.,Since 1987, has held the Condra Chair of Excellence (Endowed Chair) in power electronics with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he is responsible for the teaching and research program in power electronics and motor drives. Concurrently, he served as the Distinguished Scientist (1989–2000) and Chief Scientist (1987–1989) of Electric Power Research Institute, Power Electronics Applications Center, Knoxville. Prior to this, he was a Research Engineer with the General Electric (GE) Corporate Research and Development Center (currently GE Global Research Center), Schenectady, NY, for 11 years (1976–1987), an Associate Professor of electrical engineering with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, for five years (1971–1976), and a Faculty Member with Bengal Engineering and Science University for 11 years (1960–1971). He has specialized in power electronics and motor drives, specially including power converters, pulsewidth modulation techniques, microcomputer/DSP control, electric/hybrid vehicle drives, renewable energy systems, and artificial intelligence (expert system, fuzzy logic, and neural network) applications in power electronics and motor drives. He has been a Power Electronics Consultant in a large number of industries. He is the holder of an Honorary Professorship with Shanghai University (1991), China University of Mining and Technology (1995), X'ian Mining University (1998) (also an Honorary Director of the Electrical Engineering Institute), and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (2002). He has authored more than 200 papers and is the holder of 21 U.S. patents. He has served the IEEE in various capacities, including Chair of the IEEE IES Power Electronics Council, Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE-IECON Power Electronics Chair, Chair of the IEEE IAS Industrial Power Converter Committee, IAS member of the Neural Network Council, Vice-Chair of the IEEE Medals Council, member of IEEE Energy Policy Committee, member of the IEEE Fellow Committee, member of Lamme Medal Committee, and a Distinguished Lecturer of both the IAS and IES, and is currently the Vice-Chair of the IAS Distinguished Lecturer Program. He has been a member of the editorial board of Proceedings of the IEEE since 1995 and Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems since 2001. Dr. Foo Keng Yuen
Prof. Dr. Foo Keng Yuen is the UNESCO Co-Chair on Eco-hydraulics for Sustainable Water Infrastructures for SDG 6 in the Asia and the Pacific Region. His research interests are environmental engineering, waste utilization, water treatment technology, catalysis, food security and toxicology, and environmental health. He has involved in different kinds of university, national and international research grants, amounting to approximately RM 10 million. His aptitude for high quality research of international standing has been supported by the consultancy projects of exceeding RM 3 million, more than 100 international publications, with a total citation of exceeding 17,000, and an author h-index of 53. In term of Intellectual Properties, he holds 3 patents, 1 trade-secret and 1 trademark. Foo’s scholastic achievements and thought leadership are recognised locally and internationally. He is honoured to be the Top 2% Scientists in their Respective Fields and Top 2% Highly Cited Scientists in the world by the Stanford University, California consequentially for 5 years. Dr. Yin-Tien Wang
Yin-Tien Wang received the M.S. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1988 and Ph.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania in 1992, both in mechanical engineering. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Tamkang University, New Taipei City, Taiwan, where he is in charge of Robotics and Machine Vision courses. His current interests include real-time vision localization and mapping research and the transference of this technology to robotic and nonrobotic application domains.
Prof. Dr. Hasan Koten
Prof. Dr. Hasan Koten obtained his Ph.D. with honors from the Mechanical Engineering Department at Marmara University, Turkey. During his Ph.D. studies, he was a visiting scholar at the Center for Automotive Research, The Ohio State University, USA. He was also a researcher for the first full geometry engine design project of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). He was awarded first place in the TÜBİTAK 2238—Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition Program. In 2018, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the College of Engineering, Design, and Physical Sciences (CEDP), Brunel University, London. He has led several projects, supervised MSc and PhD theses, and presented at more than 250 conference proceedings. He has also published around 200 journal articles. He was a visiting professor at the Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, and the University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is the head of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Istanbul Medeniyet University, Turkey. Dr. Koten participated in Turkey’s largest TÜBİTAK-funded project on the production of 400-HP, 16- and 8-cylinder engines, and he has many patents in the field of combustion engines.

Dr. Ho Soon min is a professor at INTI International University in Malaysia. He did his Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry at University Putra Malaysia in 2010. He had worked for more than 12 years as lecturer, researcher, examination panel member, examination moderator and conference committee for university. At INTI International University, he has taught a variety of chemistry courses such as physical chemistry, organic chemistry, general chemistry, chemistry & society, and methods & skills in research for undergraduate courses. Currently, he is member of Institute of Materials Malaysia, Malaysian Institute of Chemistry, Malaysian Analytical Sciences Society, Malaysian Solid-State Science & Technology Society, Researchers Society of Chemical Sciences, Scientific and Technical Research Association, Asian Chemical Society, Asian Council of Science Editors and World Researchers Associations. Prof. Ke Wang obtained his BS and PhD degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Currently, Prof. Ke Wang is heading the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering in the East China University of Technology. Prof. Wang serves as the Editorial Board Member for over ten scientific journals. He has published more than 70 peer reviewed papers and holds several patents. His expertise lies in fabrication and characterization of nanomagnetism and spintronic devices. Professor Wang Ke is currently the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering at East China University of Technology . He holds a bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has been engaged in research on magnetic, optical and electrical information technology and new preparation methods for thin film device chips. He is a German "Humboldt Scholar". Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 333 journal papers, more than 718 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 50 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974.
